Château Minuty is an estate in Gassin on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, in the Côtes de Provence. Gabriel Farnet bought it in 1936, and it is still run by his descendants, the Matton-Farnet family, now in the fourth generation. In 1955 it was one of 23 estates ranked Cru Classé de Côtes de Provence.
Its roughly 200 hectares of vines lie around the Saint-Tropez peninsula, about 60% Grenache along with Tibouren, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle. The estate is known for pale, dry rosés and for the corset-shaped flute bottle of Minuty M.
