Who we are

This site is run by Vino & Delikates by Toplik, Spasovdanska 41B, 71123 Istočno Sarajevo. For any question about your data, write to vinoidelikates@toplik.ba.

What we collect

When you send a gift or reservation enquiry: your name and email, and, if you fill them in, your phone, company and message.

When you sign up for event announcements: only your email address and the time you signed up.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data only to reply to you, confirm a booking or prepare a gift. We use the email on the announcement list only to tell you about new events.

We do not sell your data, share it for advertising or use it for anything else.

How we keep it

An enquiry from a form arrives as an email in our inbox and stays there as long as we need it for the order or booking. We keep announcement addresses until you unsubscribe.

The site runs on Cloudflare, which sends enquiries to us by email, stores the announcement list and protects the forms from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). In doing so, Cloudflare also processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Fonts and images load from our own site.

Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy rules.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to be removed from the announcement list. Write to vinoidelikates@toplik.ba.

If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Changes

If the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
